Practical guidance for putting AI to work.

Short, useful notes. No hype, no statistics we cannot source.

How to choose the first task to hand to AI

Pick work that repeats, has a clear finished state, and is cheap to check.

  1. Choose a task you do every week, not a one-off. Repetition is where time comes back.
  2. Write down what “done” looks like before you start: a shortlist of five, three posts under 220 characters, a one-page summary.
  3. Prefer tasks where checking the result takes minutes and redoing it from scratch takes hours.
  4. Avoid starting with anything that sends, publishes or pays. Start where a mistake stays inside the team.

What to check before you approve an AI draft

Facts, recipients, and anything that cannot be taken back.

  1. Check every number, name, date and contact detail against the source. These are the errors that cost the most.
  2. Read where the action goes: which account, which client, which list. Approving the right text to the wrong place is still a mistake.
  3. Look at what data the draft used. If it used something it should not have, reject it and say why.
  4. If you change more than a few words, edit before approving instead of fixing it afterwards.

How to read Karigar AI product statuses

Live, Beta, Demo — and what each one promises.

  1. Live: available today, through its link or a walkthrough when the public link is still being verified.
  2. Beta: given to selected users and selected industries. Request access and we will tell you if you qualify.
  3. Demo: a labelled prototype. It shows how something is intended to work; nothing behind it runs for real.

What the workspace preview does and does not show

The interaction model is real. The results are simulated.

  1. You can create tasks, play them through, review drafts, approve or reject, and browse outputs and history.
  2. Every plan, progress step and draft is simulated sample text. No AI model runs.
  3. Nothing is sent, published or changed outside the demo. Data stays in your browser until you reset it.
  4. Do not enter confidential customer information, credentials or production data.

Product walkthroughs are being recorded.

The first will be a recorded Recruitment OS walkthrough. Until then, these pages answer the most common questions.
