- Connects to an agency mailbox through Gmail or IMAP and picks up CVs as they arrive.
- Reads PDF, Word (.docx) and older Word (.doc) CVs and extracts candidate details with AI.
- Keeps one record per person, so the same candidate sent twice does not become two people.
- Matches candidates against a job description you upload.
- Keeps clients, requirements and submissions in one place.
- Gives each agency its own separate workspace, with team roles and invitations.
What it does not do yet
- It does not send emails or WhatsApp messages to candidates or clients.
- There is no candidate-facing portal.
- Pricing and self-serve billing are not published.

- AI-extracted candidate details are shown for review, not sent anywhere automatically.
- Matching ranks candidates; a recruiter decides who is submitted.
- Agency administrators approve who joins their workspace.

Does it replace my recruiters?
No. Recruiters still review candidates and decide who is submitted.
How do I get access?
Request a walkthrough. Agencies are onboarded after approval, so each workspace is set up deliberately.
